A: Mostly our products are extracted by plants naturally, no solvent plus and other materials. You can buy it safely.
2. Q: Are our products could be used directly for skin?
A: Kindly noted that our products are pure essential oil, you should have used after the allocation with base oil
3. Q: What is the package of our products?
A: We have different packages for the oil and solid plant extract,
For oils: 10ml,1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg, 180kg, 200kg
For powder product:25kg/carton drum.
4. Q: How does your factory do regarding quantify control?
A:Quality is priority.We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end:

6. Q: How can I get some samples?
A:We are honored to offer your samples,New clients are expected to pay for the sample fee and the freight cost.
Regarding the sample fee:you can write it through Western Union,Paypal or T/T.
Please note that we will regard this sample fee as part of the down payment and will deduct them from the total amount when you
place the order for mass production,
Regarding the freight cost:You can wire the freight cost with the sample fee and we will have the freight cost prepaid.
7.Q: What's your delivery ?
A: In 7-15 days if use our exited warehouse package,In 15-45 days if need customize jar or bottle.
